TRAIN WITH JANE NEWSLETTER-Testimonial
I’ve been a member at Train with Jane for five months now. My goals are simply to become leaner & stronger. Since my initial day at the gym, both my husband & I have noticed a tremendous improvement in the shape of my body. The workouts are very challenging & when I first started here, it was a real struggle to get through them. I didn’t realize how out-of-shape I was, even though I’ve done various cardio exercises all my life.
These workouts are unique in the sense that they combine strength training, cardio, plyometrics, suspension training & core strengthening all into a 1-hour session. What I love is that none of the workouts are ever the same so the focus is on muscle confusion which prevents stagnancy. As a result, you’ll continually make progress & the chance of hitting a plateau is less likely.
The trainers here are incredibly knowledgeable in the field of fitness & constantly emphasize the importance of proper form, which is crucial to significant muscle development. They always show you how to execute every movement & if someone is unable to perform the prescribed exercise, they’ll gladly modify it for you. They are very encouraging and really try to push you to the next level. Jane is inspirational because she practices what she preaches. She’s here doing the same workouts as the rest of us so she’s a strong proponent for a healthy lifestyle.
The gym itself is great because it’s relatively small and unassuming. It’s fully equipped with cardio machines, the TRX system, weights and other training gear. There is a full line of nutritional supplements, as well as an on-site nutritionist, chiropractor & massage therapist. The staff here is wonderful. They are friendly, supportive and sincerely care about your success. A distinctive attribute of the Train with Jane staff is that they call all the members by name, stressing that personal experience. The people who work out here all different shapes & sizes and of varying levels of fitness, but all the members are very welcoming & amiable so it’s not an intimidating environment in the least.
It takes self-motivation to get to the gym, but once I’m here & have finished an intense workout, there is such a sense of accomplishment. And because I workout in the morning, it really sets the tone for my day & gives me an incredible burst of energy. I still have a ways to go before I reach my ultimate goal, but the progress I’ve made to this point was inconceivable to me five months ago. I’m stronger, more toned and can finally do a REAL push-up!
[info_box] Q: What is Living Organ Donation? A: Unfortunately, there are currently not enough organs donated by deceased donors to meet all of the needs of patients awaiting an organ transplant. Therefore, over the last few years, transplant surgeons and other members of transplant teams throughout the country have developed new techniques and procedures to save more patients’ lives through living donor transplants. It is now possible for a living person to donate a kidney, a portion or their liver, a portion of a lung and in some rare instances a portion of the pancreas.[/info_box] [ztop] [savelives_box]
